Brickfields

Distinction in Griffintown

Fullscreen slider

Located in the heart of Griffintown, Brickfields was designed to reflect how its neighbourhood has a foot in the past and an eye on the future. Imagined in a way that pays tribute to the area's heritage, the building incorporates elements celebrating that which came before it, such as Keegan House, which has been moved and is now one of the building's iconic features.

Brickfields is a small multi-purpose tower comprising commercial space, offices and residential units in independent sections, each with its own separate entrance. At Brickfields, we want to make way for the future while celebrating the past by providing residents and entrepreneurs with bold intimate spaces that celebrates humanity.

Centuries of history

Built in 1825, Keegan House is the oldest residence in Griffintown. Today, it enjoys new life and has been repurposed into Brickfield’s majestic lobby. Keegan House is an important symbol of Montreal’s Irish heritage and a nod to the past that beautifully enriches the Brickfields project.
