Maître Carré welcomes two new members to its full-time team, Laurence Aloise, as project coordinator and Sophie Jarlet, as operations and culture manager.

Graduating from a bachelor's degree in construction engineering at ÉTS, Laurence completed her third and final internship with us last summer. Promoted to the position of Project Coordinator, Laurence will be a major asset to the construction team, particularly with the start of work on the announced future Mellem projects.

Sophie, meanwhile, will support the management team to support the development and growth of the company. With the creation of this new position, Maître Carré wishes to give himself the opportunity to put his ambitions into action. Sophie is therefore entrusted with several special mandates, including B-Corp certification, while ensuring the smooth running of operations and the culture of the company.
