With over 7 years of experience in real estate, Marjorie has supported various developers in project design, especially in marketing and leasing for multiple residential projects. Passionate about creating welcoming living environments, she will bring her expertise to our mission of developing spaces where everyone feels at home.

Simon Ste-Marie, Financial Analyst;
A CFA and international business graduate from Université Laval, Simon brings 8 years of experience in finance and a strong passion for financial modeling. A real estate investor since 2017, he joins Maître Carré to contribute his sharp financial vision and analytical mindset.

Alexandre Therrien, Project Manager - Marketing and Customer Experience;
With over 5 years of experience in project management for marketing, Alexandre joins Maître Carré to boost the visibility of our projects and enhance the customer experience for our tenants. His background in agency work with real estate clients is a valuable asset in elevating our brand.
