Mellem Grace Dart: a project on track for delivery

Promise kept — Mellem Grace Dart is progressing right on schedule, with an official opening set for May 2025. This major residential development will offer modern rental units, a welcoming rooftop terrace, an outdoor pool, and a landscaped park, along with a convenient ground-floor commercial space.

Recent construction milestones include:

• The heritage building is nearly completed, with final inspections scheduled before handing over the keys in May.
• The new building is advancing progressively, with first deliveries starting in May and full completion expected by July 2025.
• Common spaces, including the gym, coworking areas, and relaxation zones, will be accessible from day one.

Key achievements so far: 1,974 windows installed, 10,115 m³ of concrete poured, and 63 mature trees preserved, ensuring the project blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings.

With an average of 95 workers on-site daily—peaking at 200 people during critical phases—this project is a testament to exceptional coordination and execution.
