$383,126 raised at the Walk for Dignity, for the benefit of Maison St-Raphaël

Maison St-Raphaël is the very first haven of peace for people at the end of life in Montreal. People of all generations receive excellent care for free, regardless of nationality or financial means. Equipped with a day center, the House also supports the entourage of those who are on their last miles.

La Maison St-Raphaël receives its patients in a former church on Avenue Lajoie, in Montreal. Recovering an existing building, protecting our heritage while doing good to people and the community is part of the values of Maître Carré.

We are therefore very proud to have participated - as an official presenter - in the Walk for Dignity which took place on May 7. Accompanied by a host of other walkers, no fewer than 65 teams and 1,400 donors made this 3rd edition a success. Together, we enabled the presentation of a check for $383,216 for the palliative care home and the day center which provide free high quality care and services to people living with an incurable disease.

Because the last steps are as precious as the first, congratulations to all the participants and a huge thank you to all our precious collaborators for your generosity.
