The entire Maître Carré team is proud and delighted to welcome Nancy Turenne to our leadership team as Vice President of Multi-Residential Operations.

Nancy is a manager with over 20 years of experience in hotel management, residential property management, and customer experience in major real estate projects in Quebec.

In her new role at Maître Carré, Nancy will be responsible for all property management teams, both for the Mellem brand and for the portfolio of buildings managed by Maître Carré. She will proactively supervise all involved teams, ensuring efficient and strategic management that meets the highest industry standards.

Nancy arrives at a pivotal moment for the Mellem rental brand, developed by Maître Carré, with the recent opening of Mellem Ville-Marie in the heart of the Ville-Marie borough and the opening of Mellem Manoir-des-Trembles in Gatineau this fall, followed by Mellem Grace Dart in East Montreal. In total, more than 1,000 units are managed by Maître Carré.
