Among the efforts made by our rental banner Mellem to reduce its environmental footprint, we recently addressed food waste management on Radio Canada's Montreal news broadcast.

At Mellem Ville-Marie, which opened its doors to its first tenants on March 1, 2024, compost bins are accessible on each floor, and an efficient washing and UV treatment cycle takes care of all concerns regarding odors.

This approach reflects our commitment to building better for today's comfort and tomorrow's needs.
