We had the pleasure of winning a Grand Prix Habitat Design 2021 for the model unit fitted out at 8405 Place St-Charles!
This industry competition celebrates the talent, creativity and remarkable genius of creators and artisans in the residential construction sector.

We often had the comment during the visits: the model unit offers an environment where one feels naturally good. This is undoubtedly thanks to the design and conception of the space, the window dressing, the presence of wood and greenery and the decorative touch of designer and stylist Maripier Edwar. It was therefore a great joy to receive additional recognition from the community.
