Last week, our founder and president, Hugo Girard-Beauchamp, had the honour of chairing the Quebec Forum on Multi-Residential Investment, a key event bringing together major players in the province’s real estate industry.

Alongside Vanessa Hudon Ouellet, co-chair of the event, and a team of seasoned experts, the day was filled with honest and strategic discussions on the challenges and opportunities within the sector. During the closing panel, Hugo had the privilege of exchanging insights with Laurence Vincent, Martin Raymond, François Pelchat, and Mathieu Collette on the evolving landscape of real estate development, innovative approaches to affordability, and the importance of staying focused on concrete and sustainable solutions.
