Rental units in Mercier-Ouest

In a co-development partnership with TGTA, this new residential development project will accommodate 299 rental units in the heart of the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough, in Montreal.

Taking place on the site of the former Grace Dart Hospital on Sherbrooke Street East, this project will include the transformation of the current building of exceptional heritage value in addition to the construction of a new building.
